Updated: Sep 27, 2019

The 2019-2020 Pipeline to Success HCOP Health Careers Ambassador Program officially began on Saturday, September 7th, 2019. An orientation day was held on Creighton's campus for all incoming HCOP participants and family. The morning started with registration while students and their families enjoyed continental breakfast, followed by a welcome message from HCOP program director, Dr. Sade Kosoko-Lasaki.

Dr. Kosoko-Lasaki speaks with students about the importance of diversity in healthcare.

Students participated in ice breakers to get to know each other as well as program staff, discussed program rules and regulations, and learned more specifics of what is in store for the upcoming program. Participants also had the chance to ask questions and hear about the resources available to them from the HCOP academic success counselor. Students were excited and ready for what is in store for them during the 2019-2020 Health Careers Ambassador Program! There are currently 59 students registered for the 2019/2020 Ambassador Program.
