I can't put into words how grateful I am for this wonderful program I've participated in for the past 6 weeks. I was really sad when I found out the other research program was cancelled but I was SO happy when you contacted me. I appreciate you making it work for me with meeting the requirements, interviewing me, etc.
I learned so much from all my teachers and they were super nice and helpful. I also loved Fun Fridays when you and Ms. Jelinek would co-host and bring people in (I also sent a thank-you to her :D). I especially really enjoyed all the virtual job shadowing. I know these are circumstances nobody is used to and once again I'm showing my appreciation to the HCOP Staff and teachers for helping us students through it all and still offering this opportunity during a pandemic.
This program also provided me with new skills on communication with my peers as we had small groups and such in classes. I'm happy that we agreed to stay in communication with our group chat and other forms of contact. I loved everyone here and thought they all had such amazing contributions and teamwork skills.
I will definitely keep in mind the fact that once in HCOP, always in HCOP. I'll make sure to reach out with any questions and update you guys on my progress. I know this won't be goodbye :)))))
